SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Solebury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to conduct public hearings on the following applications: 1. Application of Fitz's Fish Ponds for variances from Section 27-2205.1.F.(2)(b) relating to impervious surface coverage in a carbonate geology overlay district, Section 27-2208.5 relating to activity/development within the Zone 1 and Zone 2 Riparian Corridor, and Section 27-2208 relating to requirements for submission of Riparian Corridor Management Plan in connection with the property located at 5921 Lower York Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-008-021. 2. Application of Jason Alan Garceau and Corey Birtles for a variance from the requirements of Section 27-2510.5.A. relating to the expansion of a nonconforming structure into a scenic road setback in excess of the limitation of that Section as to the property located at 6324 Pidcock Creek Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County, and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-036-059-001. The Board may also consider such other business as may come before the Board.
