PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF KIRKWOOD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that WILLOW RUN FOODS, INC., located at 1006 U.S. Route 11 South, Kirkwood, New York (Tax Map No. 162.04-1-55) has applied for a renewal of the Aquifer Permit issued originally in August, 2003 giving them the right for the continued use of a 20,000 gallon above-ground diesel fuel tank with 3 dispensers on property which is located within the Aquifer Protection District of the Town of Kirkwood and for the Aquifer Permit issued originally in December of 2008 regarding the proposed future use of a 110,000 square foot frozen goods distribution facility on property designated as Tax Map Nos. 178.02-1-1.11 and 178.02-1-2. Upon recommendation of Griffiths Engineering after a site inspection, it is my intention to issue a 2-year renewal permit 10 days after the posting of this notice on the official signboard of the Town of Kirkwood and publication of this notice in the official newspaper of the Town.
