UNDER ILLINOIS MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE ACT
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered by the Court in the above entitled cause on July 24, 2025, will on December 11, 2025, in THE TAZEWELL COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 342 Court St., ROOM 101, Pekin, IL 61554, at 1:00 PM, sell at public auction and sale to the highest bidder for cash, all and singular, the following described real estate mentioned in said Judgment, situated in the County of Tazewell, State of Illinois, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said Judgment:
A part of Lot 12 of SADDLE BROOK ESTATES, a Subdivision of part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 26 North, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 12, thence North along the West line a distance of 170 feet, thence East a distance of 215 feet, thence South a distance of 113.98 feet to a point on Balmoral Court Cul-De-Sac, thence Southerly on the Balmoral Cul-De-Sac property line having a radius of 50 feet an arc distance of 60.56 feet, this point being on the South line of said Lot 12, thence West along the South line of said Lot 12 a distance of 215 feet to the point of beginning, situated in the County of Tazewell and State of Illinois.
