NOTICE INVITING BIDS The Camrosa Water District, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE, that sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 4, Specification No. SW25-03, will be received by the District Engineer, at Camrosa's Headquarters, 7385 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo, California, 93012 at or before 2:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK: The proposed Project consists of rehabilitating an existing sewer lift station. The site is located within a residential multifamily community. Work involves partial demolition, refurbishment and relining of existing wet well, new pumps and motors, new electrical equipment, controls, communication, miscellaneous items, and installation of a temporary bypass for the necessary duration of the project. There will have a mandatory pre-bid meeting starting at the District’s Office held on November 12, 2025, at 10:00 am, followed by site visit. The proposal shall be submitted, and the work shall be performed by a Class A State of California licensed contractor in strict conformance with Specification No. SW25-03, on file in the District's Engineering Department.
