LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS BIDS for Aggregate may be delivered up to 11:00 A.M. on November 12, 2025 at the Office of the Preble County Commissioners, Preble County Courthouse-1st Floor, 101 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320. The outside of the envelope shall be marked: “2026 AGGREGATE BID” BIDS will be opened in the Preble County Commissioners’ Office in the Preble County Courthouse at 11:00 A.M. on November 12, 2025. This legal advertisement is also published on the Preble County Commission’s website, www.prebco.org. To access the legal notice, click on “Legal Ads & Bids” on the left side of the home page at www.prebco.org. Once the page is displayed, click on the project name under “Bid Notices”. The Preble County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any irregularities in bidding; and to enter into a contract(s) with the bidder or bidders who in their consideration offered the lowest and best bid. SPECIFICATIONS for the Aggregate are available in the Preble County Engineer’s Office, 1000 Preble Drive, Eaton, Ohio 45320. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of either a cashier’s check, or certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company and payable to the order of the Preble County Commissioners in the sum of $500.00, or by a bid bond acknowledged by the bidder, as principal, and by a surety company qualified to do business in the State of Ohio and satisfactory to the owner as surety. The bid security shall be enclosed in the sealed envelope containing the bid. AGREEMENT INCLUDED IN BID PACKET IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
