NOTICE APPLICATION FOR CHANGE IN STORED WATER NO. FM-375 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 13th day of May 2025, Hardesty Family Trust, of Mason Valley, Nevada made an Application to the Walker River Irrigation District for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5.1686 acre feet of water heretofore appropriated by the Walker River Irrigation District for storage in Topaz Reservoir and presently apportioned to Lyon County Assessor Parcel No. 04-391-02 and presently diverted from the West Walker River into the D&GW Ditch at a point located within SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 9, T.11 N, R.25E., MDM. The proposed new place of use is a portion of Lyon County Assessor Parcel No. 012-0411-11, and the proposed new point of diversion is from the West Walker River by a river pump at a point located within NW1/4 of NE1/4, of Section 3, T.11N., R.25E., MDM. Water will be used as allowed by the Walker River Irrigation District Rules and Regulations and as decreed. Any person interested may, within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this Notice, file with the Walker River Irrigation District a written protest against granting of the Application, setting forth with reasonable certainty the grounds of such protest, which protest must be verified by the affidavit of the person or an agent or attorney thereof.
