PUBLIC NOTICE MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA PROPOSED MESA VISTA ESTATES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in the Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, on an Impact Statement submitted to the Board proposing the formation of the Mesa Vista Estates Water Delivery District located in Supervisorial District 2. At the hearing on November 19, 2025, the Board will hear those who appear for and against the proposed district and then determine whether the creation of the district will promote public health, comfort, convenience, necessity or welfare. If the Board determines that the above criteria and related requirements outlined in the statutes are met, it shall authorize the persons proposing the district to circulate petitions. The impact statement provides information regarding the benefits/injuries, organizing board members, estimated assessed valuation and an estimated $344.96 per acre per year change in property tax liability as a result of the proposed district. The impact statement is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 301 W. The district boundaries for the proposed Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District are as follows: (Supervisorial District 2) Lots 1 through 87, and Tract A, of AMENDED PLAT OF MESA VISTA ESTATES, a Subdivision of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter, of Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 203 of Maps, Page 03, and certificate of corrections recorded in Docket 14372, Page 976. EXCEPT that part of said lot 87 defined as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of lot 87 Thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes 46 seconds West along the East line of said lot 87 a distance of 71.40 feet; Thence South 40 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 95.43 feet; Thence North 89 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East along the South line of said lot 87 a distance of 62.28 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
