High Street, Newark, OH 43055, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Fiduciaries, Assigns, Administrators, and Executors, if any, of Kenneth Flowers, if he be deceased, addresses unknown: Take notice that on October 10, 2025, Plaintiff, Roy Van Atta, the Licking County Treasurer, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01651, in the Licking County Common Pleas Court, 1 Courthouse Square, Newark, Ohio 43055. The Complaint requests that the Court issue an order finding that the Plaintiff has the first and best lien in the amount of all delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest having accrued on the real property subject to this action, 2488 W. High Street, Newark, OH 43055, known as Parcel Number 023-064434-01.003. The Complaint further requests that the Court issue an order that such lien be foreclosed and the subject real property be sold by the Sheriff in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 5721.19. Finally, the Complaint requests that the Plaintiff recover all costs of this action.
