PC-2025-04556 ORDER OF NOTICE  This matter came on for decision on October 2025, Justice McBurney presiding, on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for an Order of Notice by publication upon the Defendant, Regal Realty, Inc., and its unknown successors and assigns who may claim an interest in a portion of the Premises located at 28 Agnes Street, Providence, Rhode Island, and identified as Assessor’s Plat 105, Lots 504 (“Premises”), it appearing that said Defendants may have an interest in a portion of said Premises and it further appearing that the Verified Complaint in said cause contains a prayer that the title to the Premises, be quieted and established free from any claims of the Defendant or any firm or person claiming by, through or under it. It is hereby, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED  The Motion for an Order of Notice is Granted. This order shall be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks, in the Providence Journal, a newspaper published in the County of Providence, to notify all the within named Defendant to serve an Answer to said Verified Complaint upon the Attorney for the Plaintiffs, John P. McCoy, Esq., Bengtson & Jestings, LLP, 40 Westminster Street, Suite 300, Providence, Rhode Island, 02903. Said Answer must be filed upon said Plaintiffs’ attorney in writing on or before twenty (20) days after the second publication.
