PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARINGS Pursuant with Section 4, “Budget Hearings and Adoption Procedures”, of Article VII, “Financial Procedures”, of the City of Lebanon Home Rule Charter, the Council of the City of Lebanon will hold budget hearings on November 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. and on November 10, 2025, at 4:45 p.m. The budget hearings will be held in Dixon Council Chamber, City Hall, 735 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
