PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Bridgeton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Township Building located at 1370 Bridgeton Hill Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.   This Hearing is scheduled to consider the application of Gabrielle Curione and Eric Wallace concerning a property that is located at 1435 River Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972 and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 03-011-021. The Property is located in Bridgeton Township’s VR – Village Residential zoning district. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 307.B.1.h. of the Bridgeton Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a three-story single-family dwelling where only 2 and ½ stories are permitted.   Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and/or may view the application and any plans relating thereto at the Bridgeton Township Building located at 1370 Bridgeton Hill Road.   Scott A.
