REQUEST FOR MATERIAL and SUB-CONTRACTORS   Westchester Community Opportunity Program, Inc. Weatherization Program, 540 Palmer Rd., 2nd Fl., Yonkers, NY 10701, a component of the Westchester Community Opportunity Program, Inc. is soliciting qualified bidders for the following:   1. Suppliers of all weatherization materials to include low E replacement windows, which meet Department of Energy specification. 2. Labor and materials for installing small home kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans. 3. Heating contractors for repairs, up-grade, and clean & tune of heating systems for 1 – 4 single family units. 4. Contractors to blow roof cavity insulation and high density sidewall insulation and also have the capability of blowing closed cell insulation. 5. Replace and install rooftop fans, duct cleaning, installation and balancing of adjustable registers.   This bid is for our 2025/2026 weatherization contract to provide services in both Westchester and Putnam counties.
