By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Saturday, March 29, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
 
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION THEREOF KNOWN AS MANCHAC PLANTATION, FIRST FILING, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF SAID SUBDIVISION, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN FILE NO. 330578, COB 519, FOLIO 689, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE SAID PARISH AND STATE AS TRACT "D", SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AS SHOWN ON THE SAID MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
 
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY THREE CENTS ($451,672.93) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
