By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, July 17, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THAT SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS OAK MEADOW SUBDIVISION, AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION MAP, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR SAID PARISH AND STATE, AS LOT 77, SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS ALONG SUCH BEARINGS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES, BUILDING LINES, DEDICATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP.
IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING A MANUFACTURED HOME DESCRIBED AS REDMAN SOUTHWOOD MODEL, SERIAL NUMBER 14901551, HUD TAGS PFS509252 & PFS509253.
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED THAT UNDER PROVISIONS OFL.R.S. 9:1149.4, THAT THE MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL REMAIN PERMANENTLY ATTACHED TO THE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED ABOVE AND SHALL BE HEREINAFTER CONSIDERED AS IN IMMOVABLE AND AS A PART OF SAID TRACT OF LAND.
