By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
 
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THAT SUBDIVISION OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, KNOWN AS BAYOU GRAND SOUTH, AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION PLAT ON FILE AND OF RECORD AS COB 366, PAGE 663, ENTRY 199831, IN THE RECORDS OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER EIGHTEEN-A (18A), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH BEARINGS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND BUILDING LINE RESTRICTIONS, ALL AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION PLAT; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
 
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY ONE CENTS ($57,661.71) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
