LOT 53, RIVER LANDING SECOND FILING, LOCATED IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS SHOWN ON PLAT ENTITLED "FINAL PLAT RIVER LANDING SECOND FILING" DATED AUGUST 24, 2016, PREPARED BY DANIEL J. POCHE, PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, AND RECORDED ON AUGUST 29, 2016, AT CONVEYANCE INST. NO. 00905312, RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF. WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR DOLLARS AND SEVENTY THREE CENTS ($153,194.73) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
