By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, January 3, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION THEREOF KNOWN AS OAKS ON THE BLUFF ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION MAP, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER IN AND FOR SAID PARISH AND STATE [INST. NO. 988946] AS LOT THIRTEEN (13), SAID SUBDIVISION. SAID LOT HAVING SUCH DIMENSIONS AND MEASUREMENTS AND BEING SUBJECT TO THOSE SERVITUDES, BUILDING LINES, RESTRICTIONS AND DEDICATIONS AS ARE MORE FULLY SHOWN ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIX HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE DOLLARS AND TWO CENTS ($621,879.02) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
