Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 19, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 20, T19N, R19E, MDB&M bears S 88 degrees 05 minutes E, a distance of 2,620.0 feet (Lake Ditch). Water will be used as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 14, T19N, R18E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 14 bears N 24 degrees 26 minutes E, a distance of 1,840.0 feet (Last Chance Ditch).
