The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, William L. Clover, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Livingston County, Illinois by the said plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 27 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Southwest Quarter, and running thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds West along the South line of said Southwest Quarter 89.00 feet to the point of beginning, thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds West along said South line 239.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 34 seconds West 315.00 feet; thence North 20 degrees 12 minutes 13 seconds East 159.83 feet; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 53 seconds East 185.66 feet; and thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 58 seconds West 465.00 feet to the point of beginning, as shown on the plat of survey made by Carl J. Krause, Illinois Professional Land Surveyor #1750, dated July 18, 2007, and recorded July 23, 2007, as Document No. 580657, situated in LIVINGSTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
Subject to an easement on, over and through the land to lay, maintain, inspect, operate, protect, repair, replace and remove two parallel pipelines together with the right of access thereto, as granted to Sinclair Pipe Line Company, a Delaware Corporation, dated January 25, 1952 and recorded March 10, 1952 in Book 253 at page 33 as Document Number 229478, together with all subsequent assignments.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the West 10 feet of the South 315 feet of said premises, as disclosed by plat of survey recorded July 23, 2007 as Document Number 580657.

Now, therefore, unless you, William L. Clover, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, and the said above named defendants, file your answer to the complaint in said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Livingston County, Illinois, on or before December 22, 2025, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
