NOTICE TO BIDDERS
BID #25-19 – LEASE FINANCING – SCHOOL BUSES
The Board of Education of the Carmel Central School District invites the submission of sealed Bids for the lease financing of 5 (five) 66-passenger school buses and 1 (one) mid-size school bus with wheelchair accommodations.
Bid documents may be obtained between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm during any regular business day up to the date of the Bid opening.

Sealed Bids will be received at the District Office until 11:00am on Monday, November 10, 2025, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened. An original and 2 (two) copies of the Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the phrase “Bid #25-19 – Lease Financing – School Buses” and the name and address of the Bidder. Please note that Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
