DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, dated November 24, 2020 and recorded on November 24, 2020 in Deed Book 2148, Page 213, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight and 00/100 dollars ($282,688.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to BROKER SOLUTIONS, INC. DISTRICT, CITY OF POOLER, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA", AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 105-113, CHATHAM COUNTY RECORDS. SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
