BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 3rd day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot Fifty Three (53), Sixty-Five (65) and Sixty-Six (66) of Harmony Hills Subdivision, Phase Il as per plat in Plat Book 16, Pages 115 and 116, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Less and except that portion of Lot Sixty-Five (65) sold at COB 1343, Page 690, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana and less and except that portion of lot Fifty Three (53) containing 0.216 acres sold at COB 2087, Page 148, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
