By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTIONS 26 AND 27, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 14 WEST, SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA. SAID TRACT MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 29 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 339.12 FEET RETURNING TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
