NOTICE OF MANTUA TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and considered, Total Turf Experience LLC ("the Applicant") will apply to the Mantua Township Land Use Board, at the Mantua Township Municipal Building, 401 Main Street, Mantua Township, New Jersey 08051, for a variance from the provisions of Chapter 230 of the Mantua Township Code to allow the installation of a rooftop solar panel array and solar power system greater than 50 kilowatts on the rooftop of the Applicant's sports facility located at 614 Lambs Road, Mantua, New Jersey 08051. The Applicant proposes to install 549 solar panels that will generate an output of approximately 301 kilowatts. The Applicant also requests any other necessary waivers or variances that the Board or Board Professionals deem necessary.
