INVITATION TO BID 2026 CULVERT PIPE The Board of County Commissioners of Guernsey County, Ohio, invites you to submit a sealed bid for the Guernsey County Engineer 2026 Culvert Pipe. Bids will be received by the Guernsey County Commissioners, at their office located at 627 Wheeling Ave., Suite 300, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 until 10:00 a.m. Local time on November 18, 2025 at which time they will publically open and read. All bids are to be plainly marked 2026 Culvert Pipe. The work under this improvement consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by the plans and specification for said items on file in the office of the County Engineer, 62782 Bennett Ave., Cambridge, OH 43725. Complete specification, in-cluding contract and proposal forms and full information for bidder may be obtained from the office of the County Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids. Advertisement dates to be November 2, 2025 and November 9th, 2025.
