(“EOG”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning EOG’s Quartz SSY A Unit to occur on December 5, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. This hearing will be held via video conferencing through Webex. Lotz Palmer and Arleen M. Shreeve.
