NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   TAKE NOTICE that the Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, beginning at 6:30 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider KH Stroudsburg Properties, LLC’s application for a waiver or modification from the wetland buffer regulations found at § 23-303 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Ordinance in order to construct, in the outer riparian buffer, an accessory structure for its existing car dealership.   The application relates to the 5.22 acre property owned by KH Stroudsburg Properties, LLC, which is located at 1534 N. 9th Street, in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. The property is further identified as Parcel # 17.14.2.39-5 and Map # 17-6391-03-01-9536.   The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Township’s office at the address listed above during regular business hours.
