KILLINGLY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
 
The Commission will hold the following public hearings on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2025 @ 7:00 PM. The Meeting will be held in the Town Meeting Room, 2ND Floor, Killingly Town Hall, 172 Main St. The public is invited to attend in person; or watch Facebook live. The agenda will be posted the Friday before.
1) Spec Perm Appl #25-1356 – KPC Killingly Owner, LLC (Ledle, Inc / Landowner); 35 & 53 Attawaugan Crossing Rd; (#35; MAP 63, Lot 21, 6.9 acres) & (#53; MAP 63, LOT 22, 4.1 acres); GC; to construct a 5,400 sf 7-Eleven Convenience store w/ fueling for passenger & commercial vehicles. CONT. FROM 10/20/2025.
2) Zone MAP Change Appl #25-1357 – Anthony J. Pulcinella, Ind. & as Trustee (Appl./Landowner); 838 Hartford Pike, MAP 129, LOT 3, 6.0 acres; RD; & 842 Hartford Pike, MAP 116, LOT 1, 11.0 acres; RD; & 855 Hartford Pike, MAP 129, LOT 5, 5.2 acres, RD. Change those portions of #838 & #842 that are RD to GC to end the “split zoned” parcels; & change #855 from RD to LD.
3) Re-Subdivision Appl #25-1358– Amy Brunet & Lexie Brunet (Applicants), The Brunet Family Trust (Landowner); 217 Stone Rd, MAP 20, Lot 6.1, 23.5 acres; (FMRO) RD; to create a family subdivision to construct a single-family residence. All applications are available for public viewing in the P&D Office during normal business hours. All written public comments must be received prior to 2:00 PM on the date of the hearing & will be posted on the Town’s website www.killinglyct.gov.
