STATE OF RHODE ISLAND SUPERIOR COURT PROVIDENCE, SC  ANNA CANO-MORALES a/k/a ANNA MARIA CANO-MORALES VS.  ALBA LUZ HINESTROSA and RODRIGO CANO, his heirs at law, devisees, successors and assigns, Defendants  PM-2025-05164 ORDER OF NOTICE  In the above entitled action which is a Complaint praying to quiet title of the Plaintiffs to the following described real estate:   That certain lor or parcel of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the City and County of Providence, and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as Lot no. 31 on that plat entitled, 'JOB STREET PLAT BELONGING TO THE ENTERPRISE REAL ESTATE CORPORATION BY J.A.LATHAM & SON, MAY 1915" which plat is recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in the City of Providence on recorded Plat Card 1041. Said parcel is further described as Lot 659 on Tax Assessor's Plat 77.   and it appearing that ALBA LUZ HINESTROSA and RODRIGO CANO, if living, and if not, his devisees, heirs at law, successors and/or assigns are unknown, and unascertained, and it further appearing that there may be other persons unknown and unascertained who may be interested in the above described real estate and whose present whereabouts are unknown, all of said parties being Defendants in the above entitled cause, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this cause be given to the said Defendants by publication of a copy of this Order of Notice by the Clerk of this Court once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Providence Journal, a newspaper published in the County of Providence, the first publication to be on or before the 3rd day of November, 2025, to notify the said defendants to serve an answer to said complaint upon the Attorney for the Plaintiff, Paula M. Cuculo, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Ste. 1006, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886, on or before the 1st day of December, 2025. Defendants' Answers must be filed upon said Plaintiff's Attorney in writing and must also be filed with this Court in the Office of the Clerk.
