TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE-NAMED:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is here served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber BOBBY L. DOGAN JR., Plaintiff at PO Box 196 Piedmont, SC 29673 within thirty (30) days after service hereof, except as to the United States of America, which shall have sixty(60) days, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, or otherwise appear and defend, the plaintiff in this action will ask the court for the relief demanded therein, and judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants to quiet the title of real property in the name of the plaintiff. The real property which is the subject of this action is described as follows:LEGAL DESCRIPTION: 15 Zet Ct. Greenville, SC 29611 Deed Book page 0878 - 625
Map#: 0224000201609 BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northeastern side of a 12 foot driveway, and running thence N. 38-01 E. with the line of property now or formerly of L.G. Taylor 199.8 feet to an iron pin on the line of the property now or formerly owned by Tom and Della Dillard; thence turning and running with said Dillard line N. 47-56 W. 36 feet to an iron pin on the line of the property now or formerly Joseph Hunt, Rosevelt Hunt , and Emma Grace Edens, S. 62-20 W. 225.8 feet to a fence post on a 12 foot driveway; thence with the northerly side of said driveway S. 53-30E 129 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO an easement of ingress and egress to this property from Zet Court along the 12 foot driveway as shown on said Plat that runs along the southerly side of this property and extends from this property in a westerly direction to Zet Court.
This being a portion of the property purchased by Mose Dillard from Zet Smith by deed recorded in Deed Book 361 at page 187.
Any transaction involving this real property is subject to the outcome of the pending litigation.
