Collin M. Hinds, of lawful age, being first duly sworn upon oath, states:
That Collin M. Hinds is the attorney for the Plaintiff above named; that the Plaintiff filed a Petition in the above-styled and numbered cause alleging that Plaintiff is the holder of security interest, and that the note and security agreement has not been paid, and Plaintiff caused this Replevin action to be filed for the recovery of the following personal property, to-wit:
Side Lofted Porch Cabin 12 X 40, Serial No. SLPC-1-10-19-12-40-6950-R
That this is one of the class of cases prescribed by the statutes of this state in which service by publication may be had.
Affiant further states that the Plaintiff, with due diligence, does not know and is unable to ascertain the names or whereabouts of the following-named Defendant(s), to-wit: Zachary Rapp, and, with due diligence, is unable to make service of Summons upon any of them within or without the State of Oklahoma. Affiant and assistants have reviewed telephone books, court records, county treasurer records, county assessor records, and Internet sources and have not determined the whereabouts of the Defendant(s).
Affiant further states that the Plaintiff requests service by publication upon the Defendant(s) referred to and named.
