The term for Municipal Judge begins on May 1, 2026 and shall be for four years. For Candidates The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2025, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk. North Ave., during normal business hours or from the City website at www.wauwatosa.net. Primary Election If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
