The Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting remotely until further notice – the video/ audio-conferencing application Zoom will be used for this purpose. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 11 and 15, a virtual remote public hearing will be held by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. on the appeal of the decision of the Building Commissioner/ Zoning Enforcement Officer pursuant to §415-92 submitted by CM Futures, LLC, of 189 Greenwood Street, Rockland, MA seeking to overturn the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s findings that provisions of Massachusetts General Laws c. 40A §6 result in a merger and that the provisions of §405-26.B do not protect against merger. The property is located in the R-2 Residence Zoning District, §415-9 of the Zoning Bylaw, and is identified as Lot 36, Map 23, on the Rockland Assessor’s Maps. The owner of the property CM Futures, LLC, 39 Donna Drive, Hanover, MA 02339.
