BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/28/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
COMMENCING at a point located on the southeasternmost corner of Tract "B" and on the centerline of North Main Project Road. Said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE, N 76° 23' 54" W, for a distance of 292.92 feet to a point.
THENCE, N 13° 27' 48" E, for a distance of 109 feet to a point.
THENCE, on 'and along a curve to the right, having an arc length of 5.15 feet and a radius distance of 50 feet to a point.
THENCE, S 78° 51' 00" E, for a distance of 288 feet to a point.
THENCE, S 13° 27' W, for a distance of 121.80 feet to a point and being the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said tract contains an area of 33,838 square feet.
ALL AS MORE FULLY SHOWN on a map entitled "SURVEY OF REVISED TRACT "B" BELONGING TO J. E. S. INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. IN SECTIONS 64 & 81, T15S-R16E, TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA" prepared by Keneth L. Rembert, Land Surveyors and dated October 2, 2000, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
