BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/4/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
The following described property, to-wit: The easternmost 15 feet of lot nine (9), block one (1), Hollywood Oaks Subdivision, one (1) certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Hollywood Oaks Subdivision and being more particularly shown and designated on a plan of subdivision entitled "Map showing the redivision of Lots 9, 13A & 13B of Hollywood Oaks Subdivision, located in Section 5, Township 17 South, Range 17 East, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana", dated April 2, 1997, prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor and filed at entry no. 100871, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, the said portion of Lot 9 measuring a front of 15 feet on the southerly side of Saxony Drive, by a depth of 86.24 feet on its easterly side, by a depth of 86.34 feet, more or less, on its westerly side, and with a rear width of 15 feet; said lot being bounded on the front of northerly by Saxony Drive, easterly by Lot 8-B, westerly by the remaining portion of Lot 9, all of Hollywood Oaks Subdivision, and on the rear or southerly by property of Archdiocese of New Orleans, or assigns; together with all the improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
Lot eight-B (8-B), block one (1), Hollywood Oaks Subdivision, a certain lot of ground in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in that part hereof known as Hollywood Oaks Subdivision and being more particularly shown and designated on a plan of subdivision entitled "May showing the redivision of lots 4, 5 & 8, Block 1 of Hollywood Oaks Subdivision" dated April 4, 1994, prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor and filed at entry no. 938162, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; the said Lot 8-B measuring a front of 40.00 feet on the southerly side of Saxony Drive, by a depth of 86.12 feet on its easterly side by a depth of 86.24 feet on its westerly side, and with a rear width of 40.00 feet; said lot being bounded on the front or northerly by Saxony Drive, easterly by Lot 8-A, westerly by Lot 9, all of Block 1, Hollywood Oaks Subdivision, and on the rear or southerly by property of Archdiocese of New Orleans, or assigns, together with all the improvements thereon, as well as all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or otherwise appertaining.
