This meeting will include an application, submitted by SV Poughkeepsie Corp as applicant, and Pyramid Management Group on behalf of Poughkeepsie Galleria LLC as owner, seeking special use permit (SUP) approval for a retail tobacco shop proposed at tenant suite D106 at the existing Poughkeepsie Galleria mall. The application involves tax lot number 6159-03-273276 located at 2001 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the B-SC (Shopping Center) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
