Take notice that on 24th day of November, 2025 at 7pm a hearing will be held before the township of Ocean, Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Muncipal Building in the public meeting room, Deal & Monmouth Roads, Oakhurst New Jersey to hear the application of Kenneth Tawil for variances related to a small front addition, covered front porch, and construction of 10x20' Shed as described below:
Minimum Front Yard Setback : 30' required, 24.2' exists. 23.18' to front addition proposed, 20.18' to covered front porch proposed
Minimum Side Yard Setback : 10' required, 3.59' exists. 3.59' proposed
Minimum Rear Yard Setback : 30' required, 29.12' exists. 29.12' proposed
Shed : Accessory structures over 150sf must maintain setbacks of principal building : 10' Side Yard Setback required, 5' proposed. 30' Rear Yard Setback required, 5' proposed
on the premises located at 7 Oakwood Avenue, Oakhurst NJ 07755 - Block 12.07
Lot 5 on the offical tax map of the Township of Ocean. In addition, the applicant(s) seek any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approved the application that is proposed.
A copy of the application and all pertinent maps, drawings and documents have been filed with the board secretary and may be inspected at the municipal building in the community development department during regular busines hours monday thru fridat 8:30am to 4:30pm. All persons wishing to be heard with regard to said application may appear at the time and places set forth above, and they will be given an opportuity to be heard in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment - Applicant Kenneth Tawil
