NOTICE OF TOWN OF GILBERT PUBLIC LAND AUCTION. Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 9-402 and 39-204, notice is hereby given that the Town of Gilbert will accept sealed bids for the sale of the property described below (“Property”) on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., which shall be sent via email to Procurement Officer, Bianca Morales at Bianca.Morales@gilbertaz.gov. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. at 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296 in Tower Room 146. Maricopa County Assessor Parcel 304-26-889 containing 5.3 acres more or less. A pre-auction conference will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at 50. E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296, in Heritage Room 300.
The deadline for inquiries is November 18, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. Failure to submit by this deadline may result in the inquiry not being considered for a Sealed Bid Notice Addendum. There is no stated minimum bid for the Property. Per A.R.S. § 9-403, Property may not be sold for less than the appraised value. More information, including the public auction notice, bidding requirements, terms of sale, are posted at www.gilbertaz.gov/landauction. The complete file for the Property is available for inspection at the Town of Gilbert, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., exclusive of holidays and weekends.

All due diligence investigations must be completed by prospective bidders prior to auction. The Town of Gilbert may cancel this auction in whole or in part at any time prior to the acceptance of a final bid. The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to consider approval of a Purchase Contract with the highest bidder at its meeting on January 6, 2026. Per A.R.S. §§ 9-403, the Gilbert Town Council may accept the highest bidder for cash, reserving the right to reject all bids.
