Butterfield Road, STE 925, Lombard, IL 60158, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 4th day of September, 2025, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 25CV378, filed her complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 301 S. 2nd Street, Byesville, Ohio 43723.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
