Summary: The proposed ordinance repeals and replaces Ordinance No.2023-01, which regulates short-term rentals (STR) in Hellam Township. The replacement ordinance updates definitions, procedures, and standards related to the operation of STRs within the Township. A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the Hellam Township Municipal Building during regular business hours, and has been provided to the York Daily Record and filed with the York County Law Library.
