NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Lebanon, PA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in the multi-purpose room of City Hall, located at 735 Cumberland Street., Lebanon, PA. Beginning at the scheduled hour, the Board will consider the following petitions: Petition #13-2025, filed by Keystone Weaving Mills for property located at 1400 Bittner Blvd. Lebanon, PA, is requesting a Special Exception to create an outdoor storage and/or display as a principal use in the LIC zoning district in which the property is located. A 20 ft wide driveway/access from Willow street is also requested for the expansion. Petition #14-2025, filed by NY Poultry Inc. in c/o Abdul Mused for the property located at 1507 Willow St. Lebanon, PA. The petition is requesting a Special Exception to operate a chicken slaughterhouse in this General Commercial zoning district along with a dimensional Variance to waive the 400 feet minimum setback requirement from all property boundaries as stated in the City Zoning Ordinance.
