NOTICE OF SEIZURE PURSUANT TO HEALTH & SAFETY CODE, SECTIONS 11471 AND 11488  NOTICE OF ASSET FORFEITURE PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, SECTION 11488.4   On May 30, 2025, from Songhua Mo, Lisheng Lin and Xia Li, the property described as   $12,056.00 U. S. Currency   was seized pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 11471 and 11488, comprised of $3,840.00 from Songhua Mo; $5,966.00 from Lisheng Lin; and $2,250.00 from Xia Li. The property was seized with respect to the alleged violations of Health and Safety Code Sections:   11359(b) Possession of Cannabis for Sale   You are hereby notified that the District Attorney of Siskiyou County has initiated proceedings to forfeit the above-described property pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11488.5, you must file a verified claim stating your interest in the property. (You must file this claim in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Siskiyou, within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice of Seizure and Intended Forfeiture, unless you sooner receive actual notice, then you have thirty (30) days from that date within which to file the above Attorney of Siskiyou County (Attn.: Chief Deputy District Attorney John H.
