For a Section 6 Finding and Special Permit under Sections 201-3.2, 201-3.3, 201-4.4, 201-9.1 and 201.9.3 of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw to raze the existing single-family home at the pre-existing non-conforming premises as it relates to building circle and build a new single-family home which will not be more non-conforming than the existing home.
The property is located at 21 Norwell Ave in Residential District A, situated on a 46,503 sq. ft. lot, as shown on Assessor’s Map 8C, Block 42 Lot 14, and recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 2231, Page 250. The dwelling was constructed in 1800.
