120 Stockwell Drive, Avon LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF AVON PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Avon Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 7:15 P.M. regarding property located at 120 Stockwell Drive.   Petitioner, Costco Wholesale Corporation (Costco), 120 Stockwell Drive, Avon, Mass 02322 is requesting Site Plan Review as required by Section 255-12.2 (D) for a proposal for certain parking and access improvements on the existing Costco Warehouse site located at 120 Stockwell Drive (Avon Parcel ID: 7-1-1; Parcel ID: A6-1-6). In addition, proposed improvements include storm water management facilities, landscaping, signage, and traffic and access improvements. In conjunction with this public hearing, a Special Permit for work performed in the Water Shed Protection District under Section 255-5.4 will be reviewed. The project proposes to expand the existing parking area on portions of the Property in both Avon and Stoughton.   The hearing will be conducted via hybrid participation and may be accessed remotely or in person at the Avon Town Hall, 65 East Main Street, Avon, MA.
