PLANNING BOARD
The Wayland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:10 p.m. to act on the request of Charena Farm Realty Trust for an amendment to the May 13, 2025 Amended Definitive Subdivision Approval to modify the location of the water main. The approved Definitive Subdivision of land is located at 3, 5, & 7 Setowood Lane (Parcels 30-002, 38-157B, and 38-157C).
As authorized by Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2025, the public hearing will be conducted in person at Wayland Community Center/COA Building, 8 Andrew Avenue and via remote means and the public may participate through a meeting link that can be found at https://www.wayland.ma.us/public-body-meeting-information-virtual-inperson-and-hybrid. The application and plans may be viewed in the Planning Department Office at the Wayland Town Building during normal business hours and online at: https://www.wayland.ma.us/planning-department-board/pages/2025-applications
