In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of George Hardiman, Trustee of the 166 Independence Realty Trust, 166 Independence Avenue, Quincy, MA 02169, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review), and Special Permits under Sections 9 5.1.17 (Parking Waiver). The Applicant proposes to raze the three-story two-family home and the construction of a new three (3) story multifamily building, containing six (6) units among with eight (8) on site surface parking spaces. The proposal will also include professional designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 11,047? square feet of land and is located at 166 Independence Avenue. The subject property is located within a Residential C Zoning District and shown on Assessors Map 3044, Lots 8, Plots 165.
