9, 15 & 25 Charlton Street, 26, 38, 42 & 46 Hermon Street, and 0 Beacon Street (MBL 03-008-00010, -00015, -00022, 00009, -16+17, -00030, -00024)
Centro Las Americas, Inc. seeks to amend the City of Worcester Zoning Map by extending the BG-3.0 (Business, General) zoning district and Commercial Corridors Overlay District – Elsewhere (CCOD-E) to wholly encompass the properties at 9, 15 & 25 Charlton Street, 26, 38, 42 & 46 Hermon Street, and 0 Beacon Street. The properties at 9, 15, 25 Charlton Street, 38 Hermon Street and 0 Beacon Street are presently split-zoned BG-3.0 (Business, General) and CCOD-E (Commercial Corridors Overlay District – Elsewhere) to the northeast and MG-2.0 (Manufacturing, General) to the southwest. The properties at 42 and 48 Hermon Street are presently zoned MG-2.0 (Manufacturing, General). The property at 26 Hermon Street is presently split zoned, located in the BG-3.0 (Business, General) to the northwest and zoned MG-2.0 (Manufacturing, General) to the southeast and located wholly in the AROD (Adaptive Reuse Overlay District) (ZA-2025-015).
A public hearing on the application will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
