NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Conference Room B, Room 301, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, on November 20, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. on the petition of, M&D Core, Inc represented by JDE Civil, Inc., Case #4341, for a Variance under the Town of Stoughton Zoning By-Law of November 18, 2015, as amended, Section, 4.0 Dimensional and Density Regulations 4.1,2, Table of Dimensional and Density Regulations, relative to minimum lot area in order to combine four lots to create one lot that would total 71,211 square feet which is short of the minimum required lot area located at 295 Canton Street, (Further identified on Assessors Map 43, Lot 115) in an I (Industrial) Zone in said Stoughton.
Any person desiring to receive further notice concerning this petition as provided by the General Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeal should file a written request containing his/her name and address with the Board.
