Notice is hereby given that the McCulloch County Road and Bridge Department will be accepting sealed bid proposals for contracting of various road related materials beginning November 5,2025 through December 5,2025 at 2pm. Bid Packet Information will be available in the McCulloch County Judge’s office, Room 302. McCulloch County Courthouse. Sealed bids must be submitted in a envelope clearly marked “Bid for Materials” or Bid for Hauling” by December 5,2025 no later than 2pm. Interested vendors must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 21,2025 at 1:00 pm in the McCulloch County Courthouse Commissioners meeting room 101. Sealed bids will be opened and awarded on December 8 at 9:00 am. Historically Underserved Businesses are encouraged to apply. The McCulloch County Commissioners’ Court reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason.
