APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO.94759 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of October 2025 Desert Hills Dairy, LLC of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.90 c.f.s., 345.38 a.f.a, (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 7, T14N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of Section 1, T14N, R24E, MDB&M bears N 43 degrees 51 minutes W, a distance of 7,335.00 feet (approx. 2.5 miles W from the intersection of I95 and Farrell Lane, Yerington, NV).
